First, we blend the cookies, to which we add melted butter and evenly spread in a cake tin lined with baking paper. We then place it in the refrigerator for half an hour.

500 g cooking chocolate
180 g unsweetened spreadable butter
130 g BeBe biscuits
400 ml cream
250 g soft cottage cheese
100 g butter
Recipe steps
In a water bath, we melt the chocolate. We prepare a mixture of cheese, 250ml of cream, and spreadable butter. We whisk the mixture together with the lukewarm chocolate into a smooth cream. Then we spread it over the cooled cookie base, which we place back in the refrigerator.
We bring the remaining cream to a boil and immediately remove it from the heat. We then add the broken pieces of chocolate and combine them together.
Once the glaze has cooled, we pour it over the base and place it back in the cold, this time for several hours.
After removing it, the chocolate cheesecake is ready.
