Panna cotta

Creamy Italian dessert.
Ingredients (what you need)
500 ml whipping cream
100 ml milk
2 sheets gelatin
200 g sugar
1 piece vanilla pod
for decoration mint
fruit for decoration
Recipe steps
In one pot, melt the gelatin in milk over low heat, making sure it doesn't boil. In another pot, pour in the whipped cream. Next, open the vanilla pod, scrape out the insides, and mix it with sugar. Add this mixture to the saucepan with the whipped cream and, while constantly whisking, bring it to a boil. Once the cream reaches a boil, reduce the heat and whisk until the cream starts to thicken.
Add the gelatin and whisk again. At this point, do not bring it to a boil.
Pour the mixture into pre-prepared molds and place them in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
After that, unmold onto a plate, decorate with fruit and a sprig of mint.
