The dough is prepared from flour, one tablespoon of cocoa, 75 grams of sugar, one vanilla pod, a pinch of salt, butter, and one egg. Then we grease a cake pan with a diameter of 26 cm.

225 g all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 egg
75 g granulated sugar
1 vanilla sugar
a pinch of salt
150 g butter
Cream - 3 eggs
750 g soft quark
200 g granulated sugar
125 ml milk
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 packets vanilla pudding powder
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
50 g chocolate chips (optional)

Recipe steps

From flour, one tablespoon of cocoa, 75 grams of sugar, vanilla, a pinch of salt, butter, and one egg, we prepare the dough.

We grease a 26 cm diameter cake pan but do not flour it. Then we pour the dough into it, shape it, and create a border 3.5 cm high. We prick the bottom with a fork and chill it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

We separate the egg whites from the yolks of the remaining three eggs. We whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form. We mix the yolks with the cottage cheese, milk, lemon juice, 200 g of sugar, and pudding powder. Finally, we gently fold in the whipped egg whites.

We divide the cottage cheese cream into two parts. We keep one part white, while in the other we add two tablespoons of cocoa and chocolate chips. We spread the light cream over the dough and then place the dark cream on top of it.

We place it in the preheated oven. We bake at 180°C for 50 minutes.
