Pancakes without rising

This is a recipe for quick and excellent pancakes.
Ingredients (what you need)
500 ml milk
2 pcs eggs
300 g all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 packet baking powder
1 tablespoon rum
as needed oil
for decoration
1 tablespoon powdered sugar
1 cup whipping cream
1 jar jam
Recipe steps
We mix the flour with the baking powder, sugar, and salt. Then we add the egg yolks, rum to the dry mixture, and whisk it. Finally, we pour in the lukewarm milk and whisk thoroughly.
We whip the egg whites into a stiff snow and fold it into the batter. We let it rest for 5 minutes.
From the batter, we shape pancakes on a pan, or we use a pancake maker, and fry them until golden brown on both sides.
We whip the cream with sugar until stiff. We spread the finished pancakes with jam to taste and decorate with a dollop of cream.
