Real yolk pastries

Wreaths are made from choux pastry. The recipe is simple and anyone can make it.
Ingredients (what you need)
500 ml milk
140 g plain flour
150 g butter
120 g granulated sugar
4 tablespoons rum
2 pcs vanilla pudding powder
4 pcs eggs
3 pcs vanilla sugar
150 g powdered sugar
2 tablespoons hot milk
1 tablespoon rum
1 pinch salt
250 ml water
90 g fat
Recipe steps
In a pot, bring water with salt and fat to a boil. Once boiling, add flour and cook for 5 minutes while constantly stirring. Let the mixture cool while stirring occasionally.
Put the prepared dough into a piping bag. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, pipe out rings of the choux pastry. Bake the prepared rings at 170 °C for about 20 minutes. Allow the baked rings to cool.
In the meantime, prepare the cream. Let the butter soften. Make a pudding from milk, pudding powder, and sugar, and let it cool while stirring constantly. Gradually incorporate the pudding into the softened butter. You can add rum to taste.
Cut the cooled rings in half and fill them with the egg yolk cream. Prepare the icing. Mix sugar, rum, and hot milk in a bowl for 10 minutes. Then pour the icing over the rings.
Let the finished egg yolk rings cool and they can be served.
