Ingredients (what you need)
Dough
5 eggs
250 g all-purpose flour
220 g granulated sugar
120 ml oil
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 vanilla sugar
1/2 baking powder
Cream
500 g cottage cheese
4 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 cream for whipping
5 bananas
jam
chocolate glaze (cooking chocolate + Omega)
fat for greasing the baking tray
flour for dusting the baking tray
Recipe steps
Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Grease the baking sheet and sprinkle with flour.
Whisk the eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar into a froth. Then mix in the oil, flour, baking powder, and cocoa.
Pour onto the prepared baking sheet and bake at 180 °C for about 20 minutes.
Whip the cream into stiff peaks. Mix the cottage cheese with sugar (4 tablespoons) and then gently fold in the whipped cream.
Spread the jam on the base and half of the cream. Sprinkle with banana slices and evenly spread the remaining cream on top.
Pour with chocolate glaze and store in the fridge to let it set a little.
