Cocoa Roll

Eggs are beaten with sugar into a thick foam and gradually water and oil are added. Flour is mixed with cocoa and carefully folded into the whipped mixture.

4 whole eggs
3 tablespoons of sugar
2 tablespoons of warm water
1 tablespoon of oil
4 tablespoons of semi-coarse flour

Recipe steps
The eggs are dusted with sugar and thoroughly beaten into a thick foam. Then we gradually add water and oil. The flour is mixed with cocoa and carefully folded into the whipped mixture. The batter is poured onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and baked for about 8-10 minutes at a temperature of 180°C.
First, we cream the butter. Then we prepare the pudding according to the instructions on the package with 300 ml of milk and mix it into the butter.
Once we take it out of the oven, we quickly roll it into a roulade and let it cool. After it has cooled, we fill it with cream, reserving a little cream to spread on the top. Finally, we sprinkle with cocoa.
