Great creamy dessert.
Ingredients (what you need)
2 tablespoons cocoa
2 pieces sour cream
1 package cookies - Koka
2 pieces whipping cream
3 packets sugar - vanilla
approximately 28 pieces ladyfingers - pastry
1 cup brewed coffee
strawberry
Recipe steps
On a silicone mat, we crumble Koka biscuits using a rolling pin. Alternatively, we can use a blender to crush the biscuits.
In a bowl, we add vanilla sugar and pour in sour cream. We mix the mixture. Now we make coffee.
We thoroughly whip the first cup of whipping cream and gently fold it into the mixture in the bowl. (mixture: vanilla sugar + sour cream). A delicious cream is formed.
We whip another cup of cream and set it aside.
We take a smaller baking dish or cake pan and line the bottom with ladyfingers. We lightly moisten them with good coffee and spread the prepared cream on top. We then layer the crushed Koka biscuits over the cream. Again, we add ladyfingers + coffee + cream + Koka biscuits, and that's the end of layering.
We spread the second whipped cream over the surface of the dessert and garnish with cocoa powder and a strawberry.
We place it in the refrigerator for a few hours, and then it can be served.
