2 cups semi-coarse flour
1 cup milk
1 cup granulated sugar
2 pcs eggs
1/2 cup oil
1 pcs vanilla sugar
1 pcs baking powder

Recipe steps

In a bowl, we put flour, eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla sugar, oil, and baking powder. We mix everything well.

We grease the baking sheet with butter and dust it with flour. We pour the batter onto it and top it with prepared fruit - cherries or strawberries. Then we place it in a preheated oven and bake until golden brown.

Once the baked cake is done, we dust it with powdered sugar, cut it, and we can serve it.
