We divide the dough into two parts. From each part, we create a rectangle and bake them separately on a baking sheet with parchment paper. We bake at a temperature of 180 °C for approximately 12 minutes.
Ingredients (what you need)
1 package of puff pastry (400 g)
500 g grapes
500 g fatty soft cottage cheese
250 g white yogurt
4 tablespoons powdered sugar (to taste)
1 packet of vanilla sugar
2 tablespoons rum
1 packet of cold-setting gelatin
3 tablespoons egg liqueur
chocolate icing
Recipe steps
We divide the dough into two parts. From each part, we create a rectangle and bake each separately on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. We bake at a temperature of 180 °C for about 12-15 minutes.
We mix the cottage cheese with yogurt, add sugar to taste, vanilla sugar, and rum, and mix everything thoroughly.
We prepare the gelatin thickener according to the instructions on the package and immediately mix it with the cottage cheese.
On one baked and cooled flatbread, we spread half of the cottage cheese cream. We take the halves of the wine, remove the larger seeds, and distribute them evenly over the cream. Then we drizzle everything with egg liqueur. We place the second flatbread on top and spread the remaining cream on it.
We melt the chocolate glaze, dip the remaining berries into the glaze using a toothpick, and place them on top of the slices.
Finally, we decorate the slices with chocolate and let them cool completely before cutting.
