1 cup oil
cream
2 packets vanilla pudding powder
1 l milk

Recipe steps
We will prepare pudding according to the instructions on the package. Beat the eggs with sugar, add flour, baking powder, and oil. Whisk until smooth. Pour the batter onto a greased and floured baking sheet. Pour pudding over the batter. Place the baking sheet in a preheated oven and bake for about 15 - 20 minutes.
Spread sour cream over the baked and warm cake and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
Cut the cooled moon landscape into slices and serve.
