250 g softened butter
200 g granulated sugar
2 eggs
400 g all-purpose flour
lemon zest
2-3 tablespoons rum
250 ml milk
1 packet baking powder

Recipe steps
Put the butter in a bowl, add the sugar, and mix well until a fluffy mixture is formed.
Add the eggs, flour, lemon zest, and rum to the mixture. Gradually pour in the milk and whisk until smooth batter is achieved. Finally, add the baking powder and mix well. Don't forget to preheat the oven to 170 °C in time.
Pour the batter into the prepared mold that you have greased and floured, and bake for 45 minutes. Test whether the batter is done with a skewer - it should come out dry when pulled out.
