A great cottage cheese dessert that you can prepare in just a few minutes. You can store it in the fridge for later, or enjoy it right away. You can choose the fruit...

Ingredients (what you need)

1 soft cottage cheese
1 sour cream
1 whipping cream
1 vanilla sugar
powdered sugar (to taste)
zest of one lemon

For the base
4 egg whites (for meringue)
4 egg yolks
4 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 tablespoon oil
4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons cocoa

Additionally
small fruits (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)

Recipe steps

First, prepare the cream. Mix the cottage cheese with sour cream, sugar, and grated zest of a thoroughly washed lemon until you get a smooth mixture.

Whip the cream until it is firm, and gently fold it into the cottage cheese mixture. Then put it in the refrigerator.

Prepare the dough for the base. First, beat the egg whites until stiff and set them aside. Beat the egg yolks with sugar and oil until frothy, and then, while continuously whisking, add the flour mixed with baking powder and cocoa through a sieve to avoid lumps. Finally, gently fold the beaten egg whites into the batter using a spatula.

Line a baking tray with baking paper and pour the batter onto it. Place it in a preheated oven at 170 °C and bake for about 15 minutes. Check with a toothpick. After baking, allow it to cool completely.

Prepare the glasses in which you will serve the dessert. Cut circles from the base and place them at the bottom of the glasses. Add a portion of the cottage cheese cream on top, pressing in some fruit, and cover with another circle of the base. Continue until you have used up all the ingredients. The top should be cream, which you can decorate with fruit.
