1 whipping cream (min 31%)
1 cooking chocolate

In a pot, heat the cream, but do not bring it to a boil, then add the broken chocolate. Stir thoroughly to combine everything well.
The chocolate is very liquid, so we let it cool down. Once it is cooler, it will become firmer.
If we want to use it as a topping, we apply it after it has cooled down.
After cooling, whisk the mixture with a hand mixer for about 5 minutes. Then, let it cool for a few more hours, ideally overnight. After that, we spread the cream on the base or use a decorating bag for decoration.
