Ingredients (what you need)
5 cups of frozen strawberries
1/2 cup of powdered sugar
1/3 cup of semi-skimmed milk
250 g of mascarpone
Recipe steps
Put the mascarpone, sugar, and strawberries in the blender, add half of the milk, and blend on low speed.
Add the rest of the milk and increase the blending speed.
If the ice cream is thick enough after mixing, we can serve it immediately or freeze it in the freezer.
