Ingredients (what you need)
3 eggs
2/3 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons rum
250 ml heavy cream
2 cups all-purpose flour (I used Babiččina volba cake flour)
1 baking powder
100 g Kinder chocolate (8 bars)
1 bag white chocolate coating
Recipe steps
We beat the eggs with sugar until frothy, then add rum and cream. Finally, we fold in the flour mixed with baking powder. We set aside two chocolate bars, chop the remaining six into cubes, and add them to the batter.
We grease a bundt pan with butter and dust it with coarse flour. We bake it for approximately 45-50 minutes at a temperature of 180°C. Once the bundt cake is done, we carefully remove it from the pan and let it cool on a wire rack.
We melt the white chocolate glaze in a water bath and pour it over the cooled bundt cake, allowing it to drip down the sides. We cut the two reserved chocolate bars into thin slices and use them to decorate the top of the bundt cake. Before serving, we let the glaze set completely.
