Ingredients (what you need)
3 cups of semi-coarse flour
1.25 cups of granulated sugar
1 baking powder
1 teaspoon of gingerbread spice
1 vanilla sugar
1 pinch of cinnamon
2 cups of grated zucchini
1 cup of oil
2 eggs
1 plain yogurt
1 tablespoon of rum
raisins or chopped nuts (preferably walnuts)

Recipe steps
Let's not forget to preheat the oven to 200 °C in time. We grease the baking tray and sprinkle it with coarse flour.
We clean and grate the zucchini. We remove the excess moisture.
First, we mix all the dry ingredients and then add the others.
We mix the dough thoroughly and spread it evenly on the prepared baking tray.
We place it in the preheated oven and bake at 200 °C for about 20 minutes.
We test the baking by inserting a toothpick into the dough; if we pull it out and it is clean and dry, it means it's done.
