Ingredients (what you need)
Dough
310 ml whole milk
60 g butter
15 g brown sugar
a pinch of salt
140 g all-purpose flour
3 eggs
For frying
1 l vegetable oil for frying
Chocolate
150 ml heavy cream
100 g high-quality chocolate
For coating
cinnamon sugar
Recipe steps
Pour the milk into a pot, add the butter, sugar, and a pinch of salt. Stirring constantly, heat this mixture over medium heat until it starts to boil, then stir in the flour.
Turn off the burner and stir for a while until the dough forms a ball.
Place the dough in a bowl and let it cool for 5 minutes.
Using a hand mixer, mix in 3 eggs one at a time.
Fill a piping bag with a wider tip with the prepared dough.
Heat oil in a pot, add the dough, and fry until golden brown.
After frying, let them drain on a paper towel, and if desired, coat them in cinnamon sugar while they are still warm.
Pour the cream into a pot and heat it until just boiling. Then pour the hot cream over the broken chocolate, let it sit for a minute, and then stir thoroughly until a smooth mixture forms.
