Apple rolls baked in lemonade

The dough that we unpacked and spread out, we cut into 12 triangles. We peel the apple and cut it into 12 wedges. We place one... on each triangle of dough.
Ingredients (what you need)
1 package of rolled puff pastry (275 g)
1 large apple
cinnamon
1 slice of butter
1 packet of vanilla sugar (10 g)
1 can of Sprite soda (330 ml)
Recipe steps
The rolled-out dough is divided into 12 triangles. First, we peel the apple and then cut it into 12 wedges. We place one apple wedge on each triangle of dough and lightly sprinkle with cinnamon. Finally, we roll each piece of dough into a crescent shape.
We place the crescents in a baking dish, close together. We melt the butter and mix in the vanilla sugar. We brush the crescents with the melted butter. Then we pour an entire can of lemonade over them, ensuring that the crescents are at least halfway submerged. We put it into an oven preheated to 200°C and bake for about 30 minutes, until the surface of the crescents starts to turn golden and the lemonade nearly evaporates, leaving just a bit of delicious syrup in the dish. The crescents then have a crispy layer and are soft and juicy inside; we can serve them warm with a dollop of whipped cream, and they are just as good when cooled.
