250 g semi-coarse flour
2 pcs eggs
250 g cottage cheese
1 glass milk
1 pcs baking powder
for coating powdered sugar
as needed oil for frying
1 pinch salt
1 tablespoon rum

Recipe steps

In a bowl, we put flour with baking powder, cottage cheese, eggs, a pinch of salt, rum, and milk. We mix everything well.

From the dough, we scoop out balls with a spoon and place them in hot oil, frying until golden brown.

While still hot, we roll the cottage cheese donuts in sugar and then we can serve them.
