Margot cake

Ingredients (what you need)
For the dough
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup milk
1 cream for whipping
1 vanilla sugar
1 baking powder
1 Margot chocolate
For the topping

coconut

For the baking pan

Recipe steps
We mix the flour with sugar, vanilla sugar, baking powder, and grated Margot chocolate.
We add milk, cream, and oil and mix them thoroughly.
We pour the batter into a deep baking dish that we previously greased and sprinkled with coarse flour, or onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
We place it in a preheated oven and bake at 200 °C for 25-30 minutes. We can also bake it as a bundt cake, which bakes at 180 °C for a little longer.
Finally, after baking and cooling, we can add chocolate frosting and sprinkle with grated Margot or coconut, or just dust the surface with powdered sugar.
