Oatmeal cookies with apple

Ingredients (what you need)
1 piece egg
salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 and 1/2 cups oats
water
1 cup flour - e.g., whole grain
favorite nuts
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
quality chocolate - white or milk
cinnamon - ground
1 piece apple
dried fruit - e.g., apricots, raisins, etc.
1/2 cup honey - e.g., forest honey
Recipe steps
We will prepare all the ingredients and spread baking paper on the baking tray.
In a large bowl, we pour in regular oatmeal and baking powder. We flavor it with cinnamon. We add flour and lightly salt it.
We break a bit of quality chocolate into pieces. We place the contents of a split vanilla pod.
In a blender, we add our favorite nuts, blend them a bit, and put them into the bowl. We can do the same with dried fruit (apricots, raisins, etc.).
We add a little baking soda. In a cup, we mix a little water with one egg and pour it into the mixture.
And finally, we add a little grated apple for moisture.
Now we stir the ingredients with a spatula. The dough should be just right. We can thin it with water or thicken it with oats.
We cover the dough and put it in the refrigerator for just under half an hour.
We shape the cookies by hand and bake them lightly in a preheated oven.
The baking time is around ten minutes to a quarter of an hour.
Once cooled, we enjoy the moist cookies with our favorite drink and a nice book.
