Toast with tomatoes
    We take sliced pieces of baguette or toast bread and drizzle them with white wine.
Ingredients (what you need)
50 g   English bacon  
1 pcs   white baguette or toast bread  
150 g   grated cheese  
3 pcs   eggs  
1 dl   white wine  
10 pcs   tomatoes  
1 tablespoon   fresh parsley  
for garnish   cherry tomatoes  
to taste   salt  
   ground black pepper  
as needed   oil
Recipe steps
In boiling water, blanch the tomatoes, peel them, and chop them.
In a pan, heat a little oil and lightly toast the bread rolls on it. Set aside, then add finely chopped bacon and onion to the pan and sauté. Add the tomatoes and gently stew. Then stir in the eggs, and season with salt and pepper.
Let it cool and mix in the grated cheese with chopped parsley. Spread it on the prepared toast or bread rolls and place them on a greased baking sheet. On each one, place a slice of bacon and bake the toasts in a preheated oven.
To garnish, use halved cherry tomatoes and serve.
