Recipe steps

I recommend preparing it a few hours in advance so it can rest beautifully in the fridge and its flavor can develop.

The procedure is as follows:

First, prepare a tray and spread aluminum foil in the shape of a rectangle with slightly bent edges.

Arrange BEBE cookies on it. Do so with 7 horizontally and 3 vertically. Alternate the colors to achieve a so-called "chess effect."

Next, take a bowl and perfectly whisk the butter with powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, and quark.

Let the dessert set in the fridge and pour chocolate or cocoa glaze over it.

For decoration, you can use grated coconut.
