Pineapple pudding cake

Great recipe if you need to use a lot of fresh pineapple. However, you can also make this treat with canned pineapple.
Ingredients (what you need)
Dough
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup powdered sugar
1 baking powder
2 tablespoons cocoa
4 eggs
1 cup lukewarm water
3/4 cup oil
Filling
3 vanilla puddings
1.25 liters of milk
powdered sugar (to taste)
250 g butter
Topping
3 vanilla puddings
1.25 liters of pineapple juice
Additionally
2 large cans of pineapple (or 2 fresh pineapples)
spicy jam (optional)
fat for greasing the baking tray
coarse flour for dusting the tray
Recipe steps
Cut two fresh pineapples into pieces and cook them with water and sugar. This will create a quick compote.
Combine all the ingredients for the dough and bake on a prepared baking sheet in a preheated oven. The whole process takes about 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the puddings with milk and sugar according to the instructions on the package.
Once we remove the pudding from the heat, stir in the butter and pieces of drained pineapple. Then cover the prepared pudding with plastic wrap or a bag to prevent a skin from forming.
Cook the pudding with the excess pineapple juice from the compote, and if there is not enough, add water. We can also sweeten it with sugar or add lemon juice. Let it cool slightly and stir occasionally to prevent a skin from forming.
We can spread jam on the cold base if necessary. Then we spread the pudding with pineapple on top of it.
Smooth the pudding with a knife and evenly pour warm icing prepared according to the instructions on the pudding package over its surface.
After cooling, cut with scissors that we have dipped in hot water.
