Dough
23 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
23 tablespoons of milk
12 tablespoons of oil
10 tablespoons of powdered sugar
3 eggs
1 vanilla sugar
1 baking powder
Additionally
fat for greasing
coarse flour for dusting

Crumble
100 g almond flakes
100 g all-purpose flour
100 g granulated sugar
60 g butter
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
Recipe steps
First, we will make the crumble.
Grate the hard butter, mix it with the flakes, sugar, flour, and cinnamon. In another bowl, we mix all the ingredients for the dough and stir well.
Evenly spread the dough on a baking tray that we have greased and sprinkled with flour, then generously cover it with fruit and sprinkle with the crumble.
Place the tray in the preheated oven at 180°C and bake until it turns a rosy color.
I cooked the peaches, then peeled them, halved them, removed the pits, and cut them into small pieces.
