We will separate the yolks from the egg whites. We beat the butter with sugar until frothy and gradually mix in the yolks. Then we mix in the drained cottage cheese, cream cheese, and pudding powder.
We whip the egg whites into a stiff foam and then carefully fold it into the cheese mixture along with the cornstarch. We preheat the oven to 180 °C. We grease a 28 cm diameter cake pan with butter and dust it with breadcrumbs. We bake for approximately 60 minutes until the batter turns golden brown.
