Ingredients (what you need)
for decoration powdered sugar
dough 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon
0.5 pcs lemon zest
200 g walnuts
4 tsp cocoa
2 pcs ground cloves
700 g all-purpose flour
240 g powdered sugar
400 g butter
100 g Hera fat
Recipe steps
In a bowl, we mix all the ingredients and knead them thoroughly. We shape the dough into two rolls and place them in the refrigerator to rest for at least 1 hour, but it’s better to leave them overnight.
After we take the dough out, we cut it into small pieces, which we then press into molds. We place the cakes into a preheated oven at 170°C and bake for 12-15 minutes. We can tell they are done by pressing them; they shouldn’t sink.
We knock the cakes out of the molds and place them in the cold to become crispy. When serving, we sprinkle powdered sugar on top for decoration.
