We will crush the biscuits and mix them together with cocoa, butter, sugar, and rum. From this, we will prepare a smooth dough, the base for the bee hives. We will wrap it in something so that the dough doesn’t dry out and put it in the fridge for about an hour (it can be longer).

Ingredients (what you need)

1 package ladyfingers
powdered sugar for dusting
filling 1 pc egg yolk
1 tablespoon condensed milk
100 g butter
80 g powdered sugar
2 tablespoons rum
dough 4 tablespoons rum
3 tablespoons cocoa
2 tablespoons water
200 g ground ladyfingers
80 g butter
180 g powdered sugar

Recipe steps

From this, we will roll one long sausage and divide it into equal parts. From these, we make balls, which we press into molds dusted with powdered sugar.

We then fill them with the cream that we prepared by whipping the ingredients for it. Finally, we cover them with a sponge cake and unmold the honeycombs from the mold.

We can serve them immediately. We store them in a cool place.
