Linzer cookies

Classic Linzer cookies should not be missing from any Christmas table. If you have a sweet tooth, you can make them even during the year.
Ingredients (what you need)
300 g all-purpose flour
200 g butter
2 pcs egg yolks
150 g powdered sugar
100 g powdered sugar

1 jar jam
Recipe steps
We sprinkle the work surface with smooth flour, add softened butter, sugar, egg yolks, and knead into a smooth and pliable dough. We let it cool in the fridge for a few hours. After cooling, we roll out the dough into a thin layer and cut out various shapes of cookies. We place them on a baking sheet and put them in the oven to bake. We bake in a preheated oven for about 10 minutes at 175 °C.
Once baked, we spread the Linzer cookies with jam and sprinkle the top with powdered sugar.
