420 g all-purpose flour
160 g ground walnuts
1 pinch of salt

Recipe steps
We line the baking sheet with parchment paper.
We mix all the ingredients on a work surface and knead a firm dough, which is best left to rest in a cool place, ideally overnight.
We shape the dough into small crescents, place them on the baking sheet, and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C.
While still warm, we coat the crescents in a mixture of powdered sugar and vanilla sugar.
