Linzer dough

Linzer cookies are part of Christmas. That scent, that taste, it's beautiful!
Ingredients (what you need)
0.300 kg butter - quality
2 pcs egg yolk
0.5 kg flour - plain
0.170 kg powdered sugar
Recipe steps
The use of shortcrust pastry is wide, for example, in various desserts. The procedure for the dough is as follows.
Sprinkle smooth flour on a silicone mat. Add powdered sugar and mix.
Place soft butter. Crack in the egg yolks and knead by hand.
Knead until a beautiful dough forms.
Put it in a bag and place it in the refrigerator.
Line the baking sheets with baking paper.
Dust the mat with flour and place part of the dough on it. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and use cookie cutters to cut out shapes.
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Place the pieces on the baking sheet and bake until lightly colored. (about five minutes)
Before Christmas, spread good jam, your favorite filling, Nutella, etc. on them. Decorate with white or dark icing, sprinkle with coconut, nuts, colored balls, or just lightly with sugar.
When you take a few nice pieces of cookies and put them in a decorative box, in cellophane, or just tie them with a ribbon, you have a small token for anyone.
