Ingredients (what you need)
1 cup of all-purpose flour
1 baking powder
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
250 g of melted butter (Hera or similar)
0.5 cup of granulated sugar (or honey)
1 egg
1 vanilla sugar
1.5 cups of rolled oats (or muesli mix)
0.5 cup of coarsely chopped nuts
80 g of broken chocolate
Recipe steps
Melted butter is mixed with an egg and all dry ingredients are gradually added. The result is a very thick dough.
From the dough, we shape balls with a diameter of approximately 2.5 cm, which we place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and slightly flatten.
We bake at a temperature of 180 °C until they achieve a pink color.
After baking, the cookies are very fragile, so we remove them from the parchment paper and let them cool on it.
