Ingredients (what you need)
250 g of quark
60 g of butter
60 g of sugar
1 tablespoon of sugar (for sprinkling the apples)
2 eggs
7 tablespoons of semolina
1 baking powder
5 apples
1 pinch of salt
cinnamon
fat for greasing the pan

Recipe steps
If we don't have a silicone cake mold, we grease it with fat and sprinkle it with coarse flour. At the same time, we set the oven to 170 °C.
We peel the apples, remove the cores, and slice them.
We mix the cottage cheese, eggs, and sugar with melted butter, then add the semolina that we mixed with baking powder and salt, and knead the dough well.
We pour the dough into the prepared cake mold, arrange the slices of peeled apples on top, and sprinkle everything with cinnamon and sugar to taste and according to the acidity of the apples.
We place it in the preheated oven and bake at 170 °C for about 35 minutes.
