Two thin layers of delicate pastry with a tasty filling of cottage cheese and jam, preferably with a pleasantly refreshing flavor. It doesn’t require too much effort and already…

Ingredients (what you need)

Dough
250 g all-purpose flour
250 g semi-coarse flour
2 eggs
250 g Hery (or butter)
1 baking powder
2 tablespoons milk (as needed)

Filling
blackcurrant jam
750 g soft cottage cheese
200 ml milk
1 packet vanilla pudding (or 4 tablespoons cornstarch)
1 vanilla sugar
60 g sugar (3 tablespoons)
1 egg

Additionally
fat for greasing the baking sheet
coarse flour for dusting
powdered sugar for the surface

Recipe steps

Grease the baking tray with fat and sprinkle it with coarse flour.

Mix the flour with baking powder, add diced firm fat, milk, and eggs, and create a dough. Working with the dough is simple; it is nice, smooth, and elastic.

For the filling, mix the cottage cheese with milk, starch, egg, and both types of sugar.

Divide the dough into two parts. Roll each part to the size of the baking tray and transfer one onto the prepared tray.

Spread currant jam on the dough, then cover it with the prepared cottage cheese filling.

Roll out another layer of dough and cover the cottage cheese filling with it.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C until golden brown, approximately 30 minutes.

Once the pie has cooled, sprinkle it with powdered sugar and cut into pieces.
