DOUGH
300 g all-purpose flour
1/2 packet of baking powder
100 g granulated sugar
1 packet of vanilla sugar
2 eggs
240 ml buttermilk
100 g butter
GLAZE
1 egg white
180 g powdered sugar
1-2 teaspoons lemon juice

In a bowl, we mix the flour, baking powder, and both types of sugar.
We combine the eggs, buttermilk, and butter and add them to the dry ingredients.
We prepare the batter, which we divide into molds and place raspberries or other fruit into each of them.
We place them in the oven and bake at a temperature of 180 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
After taking them out of the oven, we let the muffins cool and then decorate them with the icing we prepared by combining all the ingredients and mixing either by hand or using a mixer.
