100 g butter (or Hery)
2 tablespoons milk
(or 250 ml whipping cream 33% and 200 g cooking chocolate)
For greasing and dusting the pan
fat
coarse flour
Recipe steps
Grease a baking tray with fat, sprinkle with coarse flour, or line it with baking paper.
Break the eggs and separate the yolks from the whites.
Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Beat the yolks with sugar. Then add oil and flour mixed with baking powder and cocoa, and finally gently fold in the whipped egg whites.
Pour the batter onto the prepared tray and spread it evenly. Then place the tray in a preheated oven at 180°C and bake for about 15-20 minutes. Once the sponge is done, let it cool down.
While the base is cooling, prepare the smooth cream. Whip the butter, which is at room temperature, with sugar and then mix in the cottage cheese, which should also be at the same temperature.
Spread the cream over the cold sponge layer and put it in the refrigerator to set.
To make the glaze, add broken chocolate to the melted fat and stir until a smooth consistency is achieved. Then gradually add milk by the tablespoon while stirring.
Cover the dessert with the smooth glaze and let it set.
