Ingredients (what you need)
500 g whole grain rye flour
500 ml milk
250 g vegetable fat
250 g sugar
1 vanilla sugar
1 baking powder for gingerbread
1 egg
1 handful of chopped nuts
a little bit of raisins
2 tablespoons of honey
fat for greasing
coarse flour for dusting
Recipe steps
In warm milk, we mix the fat with honey, and after it cools down, we add the eggs.
We mix the flour with sugar and baking powder, then add the milk and other ingredients, and mix everything thoroughly.
In a baking dish or tray that we have greased with fat and sprinkled with flour, we bake in a preheated oven at 150 °C for about 45 minutes.
