Ingredients (what you need)
200 g butter
250 g cottage cheese - soft
250 g flour - semi-coarse
3 pcs apples
powdered sugar
Recipe steps
First, we prepare a silicone or wooden board. We cut the apples into small pieces and set them aside in a bowl.
We weigh the semolina flour and pour it onto the board. We add the soft cottage cheese. Finally, we add the chopped butter. We knead and process the mixture. We preheat the oven to 180°C.
Using a rolling pin, we create a sheet and use a cup or a cookie cutter to make 24 small pastries. If you prefer an easier version, you can simply roll the dough into balls by hand and fill them that way. It’s up to you.
We fill the pastries with apples and wrap them. The baking time is about 25-30 minutes, and then we decorate them with powdered sugar.
