This amount should be enough for 12 or more muffins.
Ingredients (what you need)
dough 100 g granulated sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
100 g dark chocolate with nuts
2 teaspoons baking powder
125 g butter
220 g semi-coarse flour
170 ml milk
2 pcs eggs
Recipe steps
First, we melt the butter, let it cool, and then mix it in a bowl with flour, baking powder, eggs, milk, and finally cocoa. If you don't like cocoa, you can omit it.
We chop the chocolate into small pieces and stir it into the batter. We set aside a little for grating, for decoration.
We take either paper cups or muffin molds, fill them 2/3 full with the batter, and sprinkle grated chocolate on top. We then place them in a preheated oven at 180°C and bake for 20 minutes.
After removing them from the oven, we let the muffins cool a bit, and they can be served immediately.
