Ingredients (what you need)

3 kohlrabi (according to size)
1 onion
1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour
oil
salt
ground cumin
ground black pepper
3 potatoes
Dumpling mixture
1 egg
2 tablespoons of milk
2 tablespoons of semolina flour
salt

Recipe steps

In oil, sauté the chopped onion, add flour, and briefly roast it. Then pour in water and let it boil.

To the wider noodles, add grated kohlrabi and diced potatoes. Season with salt, pepper, add caraway seeds, and cook until they soften.

Blend the ingredients for the dumpling mixture into a batter, which we pour through a fork into the boiling soup and cook for 2 minutes.

Add chopped parsley to the finished soup for seasoning.
