We will prepare water, salt it, bring it to a boil, and add the rinsed broccoli broken into florets. After 5 minutes, we will remove the broccoli and chop it finely. Do not pour out the water.

Ingredients (what you need)

4 balls allspice
100 ml cream
2 tablespoons soy sauce
0.5 cube vegetable bouillon
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
250 g broccoli
4 balls black pepper
to taste salt

Recipe steps

Meanwhile, we will prepare a roux from melted butter and flour, which we will pour over the broccoli broth. We will add chopped broccoli, whole pepper, allspice, and bouillon cube.

We let it simmer for a while. Towards the end, we season it with cream and soy sauce.
