Sausage goulash

Try this faster version of sausage goulash that all sausage fans will love. This goulash packed with kabanos and potatoes will satisfy you perfectly.
Ingredients (what you need)
500 g kabanos
1 kg potatoes
3 onions
3 tablespoons sweet paprika
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
100 g oil
3 cloves garlic
pepper
salt
marjoram
Recipe steps
We peel the onion and garlic and chop them into small pieces.
We peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes.
We can remove the skin from the kabanos, slit it lengthwise, and cut it into half-moons.
In oil, we sauté the onion and garlic, then add the potatoes, spices, salt, and sauté for a while. Then we add water and cook until they are almost soft.
We mix the flour with a small amount of water and, constantly stirring, pour it into the semi-soft potatoes. Once the mixture starts bubbling, we add the smoked sausage and cook thoroughly.
Before serving the sausage goulash, it’s good to taste it and adjust the flavor if necessary. We can serve it with bread, but it's filling even without it.
