Zucchini in cheese batter - baked in the oven

If we have a lot of zucchinis in the garden and don't know what to do with them, it's a good time to coat them in cheese batter. It's quick and tasty. Like this...
Ingredients (what you need)
1 young zucchini
150 ml milk
1 egg
1 tablespoon oil
2-3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
3 cloves of garlic
100 g hard cheese
flour for coating
herbs (chives, lovage)
salt
ground pepper
ground chili
Recipe steps
Cut the zucchini into slices about 1 cm thick. Grate the cheese and set aside a small portion for sprinkling.
Prepare a thicker batter from the milk, eggs, and other ingredients. You can season it more strongly or add a pinch of chili.
Then coat the zucchini slices in flour, removing the excess, and immediately dip them into the batter, which should be thick enough. Place the coated pieces on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Bake at a temperature of 190-200 °C until golden brown. At the end of baking, sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
