Spicy Carrot Salad

Grate the washed and peeled carrot finely into a bowl and drizzle a little oil over it.

salad 1 pc small onions
500 g carrot
oil
dressing 0.5 l water
a pinch salt
1 pinch ground black pepper
2 - 3 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
Recipe steps
We add finely chopped onion. In half a liter of water, we dissolve a pinch of salt and 2 tablespoons of sugar until the sugar is dissolved. Then we mix in 2-3 tablespoons of vinegar, depending on its acidity and according to the taste of pepper.
We pour this dressing over grated carrots with onion. We let it rest in the refrigerator for an hour and then we can serve it.
