Rinse the spinach in cold water, let it drain for a moment, and gently dry it in a towel. Cut off the stems from the leaves and slice them into strips. Grate the radishes coarsely (you can also slice them into thin rounds) and mix them with the spinach.

Ingredients (what you need)

500 - 600 g fresh spinach
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon ground sweet paprika
100 g blue cheese
1 teaspoon sugar
1 piece small lemon
300 g plain yogurt
3 bunches radishes
to taste salt

Recipe steps

In a bowl, prepare a dressing from yogurt, lemon juice, paprika, sugar, salt, oil, and coarsely grated blue cheese. Mix everything thoroughly.

Pour the dressing over the salad and it can be served immediately.
