We cook the pasta until it is slightly firm, and then we drain it. In oil, we sauté the onion sliced into half-rings, add finely chopped garlic, and let it release its fragrance.

200 g small pasta
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 zucchini
1 bell pepper
1 Chinese cabbage
1 carrot
½ cucumber
oil
salt
white wine vinegar
Recipe steps
Cook the pasta until soft, but still a bit firm, and then drain it.
Sauté the onion sliced into half-moons in oil, add finely chopped garlic, and let it release its aroma.

Mix the vegetables with the drained pasta.
Finally, stir in finely grated carrot and diced cucumber.
Add salt to taste and season with wine vinegar.
