Ingredients (what you need)
1.5 kg of potatoes
4 Ostrava sausages
1 package of sauerkraut
1 larger tomato
1-2 sour creams
1/2 package of Balkan cheese or Žirovnice cheese
1 tablespoon of red ground paprika
1/2 tablespoon of curry spice
2 tablespoons of oil
cumin
salt
pepper
parsley
chives
3 spring onions
Recipe steps
Peel the raw potatoes, cut them into slices or cubes, and place them in a deep bowl.
Add red pepper, curry, cumin, oil, and mix everything well.
Then add diced sausages, cherry tomatoes, finely chopped Žirovnice cheese, finely chopped scallions, and finally stir in the sauerkraut, mixing everything thoroughly.
Next, place the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake in the oven at a temperature of 200°C - 250°C for about 40 to 45 minutes.
Once everything is well baked and soft, mix the sour cream and pour it over the potatoes. Then bake for another 15 minutes. Finally, turn off the oven and let the dish sit inside for a few more minutes.
