250 g sauerkraut
200 g all-purpose flour
500 g cooked potatoes
100 g lard

Washed potatoes are placed in a pot with water and boiled until soft, about 25 minutes. After cooking, we drain the water and let the potatoes cool.
We thoroughly compress the cabbage and cut it into small pieces. We remove the skins from the potatoes and grate them.
