Classic potato pancake

We thoroughly wash the potatoes, peel them, and grate them. We drain the excess water. We peel the garlic and crush it. Then we add the milk and mix everything thoroughly.
Ingredients (what you need)
6 larger potatoes
2 cloves of garlic
200 g of corn starch
2 eggs
vegetable oil
4 tablespoons of milk
3 teaspoons of marjoram
ground pepper
salt
Recipe steps
We thoroughly wash the potatoes, peel them, and grate them. We remove the excess water by draining. We peel the garlic and crush it. Then we add the milk and mix everything well.
Finally, we add the starch (we can also use all-purpose flour, which I do for a gluten-free diet), egg, marjoram, salt, pepper, and mix thoroughly.
In a pan or a frying pan, we heat the oil, then we spoon the batter onto it and quickly fry the potato pancakes on both sides until golden. They are good on their own or as a side dish.
